(If you are in Japan, you can also pay by domestic bank transfer or cash.) *Deposit is required to pay depends on a situation. What is the initial cost included? The initial expense includes;* Contract fee: 50,000yen (Non-refundable)* Fire insurance fee: 7,500～12,000 yen / year (Non-refundable)* The month you would like to move in (Rent is prorated) Do I need a guarantor or guarantor company when I enter a contract? No guarantor or guarantor company are required! Is it possible to extend the contract? Contract cannot be extended because we only make a fixed term contract. However, you can apply for a new contract. What is the minimum period for making a contract?Our minimum is 3 months. How do I pay the rent every month? It is possible to pay monthly rent by cash (Japanese yen only), credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. If you would like to use other payment methods except cash, please bear all the handling fees which occur from transaction. What language used is available for making a contract? We can prepare both English and Chinese contract. What are the documents necessary to submit when I make a contract?When entering a contact, the following documents are required to submit; ①Your passport ② Residence card (if you stay in Japan over 3 months) ③Certificate for admission to your school or workplace ④A valid credit card(We do not accept a debit card) Please bring original documents so that we can make a copy. If you do not have both ③&④, the deposit is required to pay. However, this fee is refundable.
