You can cancel before your contract expires, but you have to inform us and submit a cancelation form at least one month before you would like to move out.
*Please note that since our minimum contract term is 3 months, you are not possible to cancel your contract within 3 months.
　

The payment of the cancelation cost does not have a necessary mat if you can submit a cancellation of a contract letter of advice at least one month before a withdrawal hope month. (the cancelation cost is rent for one month)

It is possible to change the date earlier but we cannot push the date after the original date. We apologize for this inconvenience.

①Please submit a cancelation form at least one month before you would like to move out.
　 At that time, we will set an inspection date and time.
*An inspection is mandatory for all tenants.
②On the date you move out, Sakura staff will visit your room to check if there is no damaged or stained place in your room.
③If everything is fine, the inspection is over. Before you leave your room, please return a key to us.
