The payment of the cancelation cost does not have a necessary mat if you can submit a cancellation of a contract letter of advice at least one month before a withdrawal hope month. (the cancelation cost is rent for one month)

You can cancel before your contract expires, but you have to inform us and submit a cancelation form at least one month before you would like to move out.

*Please note that since our minimum contract term is 3 months, you are not possible to cancel your contract within 3 months.

As long as you submit a cancelation form one month before your move-out month, you don't need to pay a cancelation charge. (The cancelation fee will be one month rent and other charges.)
